SHIPPING POLICY

 

Communication Headsets for Business  Inc. ships within Canada ONLY.

​

Communication Headsets for Business Inc. ships all orders via EXPEDITED PARCEL using Canada Post. We are based in Beautiful British Columbia therefore your order will take between 2 to 7 business days to be received, once shipped.

 

SHIPPING costs are calculated at time of purchase once all items are added to your cart.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking confirmation via the email address provided at the time of order placement.

 

Providing we have inventory, and an order is placed by 12:30 PST, Monday to Friday, it will ship the same day. Orders received after 12.30 PST on a Friday will ship on the next business day.  Orders received on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

 

We take pride in ensuring that items in your order are shipped with the necessary packaging material to ensure you receive your item in new condition.


If due to unforeseen circumstances your package is damaged when it is received, please send us a photo of the unopened parcel as well as any items in side that are damaged and email them to us at  hello@headsets4business.ca within 2 business days of receipt of order and we will open a case with the courier to investigate.

 

If your package says it is delivered, however you haven’t received it, please either email us at hello@headsets4business.ca with your order information or call us at 877-358-3635 and we will open a case with Canada Post. All reports must be received within 30 days from invoice date. Once a case number is assigned to the missing package, we will provide you with this and update once Canada Post has resolved the case number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Communication Headsets for Business, Inc., allows customer returns based on the policies of the Manufacturer.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Communication Headsets for Business Inc., please contact us at hello@headsets4business.ca within 30 days of your invoice date.  

 

Defective Product Returns: If for some reason your product is defective when you receive it and you have contacted us for trouble shooting, within 30 days of invoice date, you can return it directly to Communication Headsets for Business Inc., and we will send a replacement to you. After this period, only the manufacture warranty applies, and you will need to contact them directly for replacement.  Please contact us for their Customer Support Details.

 

Non-Defective Product Returns:  If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return non-defective products, directly to Communication Headsets for Business Inc., within 30 Days of Invoice Date and receive a credit/refund less any shipping/handling fees incurred by Communication Headsets for Business Inc.  A Restocking Charge may be applied of no more than 20%.

 

​Special order items are non-returnable, and this should be noted at the time of purchase.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA): All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA which is provide to the customer upon request. Any items received without an RMA number will be rejected by Communication Headsets for Business, Inc. Please provide us with your Name, Invoice Number, Product Serial Number and the reason for returning. Once the RMA is issued the product must be received within 10 business days to be eligible for Exchange/Refund.

 

All returned products much be in their original packaging, including all the packing material, manuals, warranty cards and all accessories provide by the manufacturer.  The Manufacturer packaging must be in 100% New Condition with no writing on or damage to the box. Communication Headsets for Business Inc. reserves the right to reject any damaged product and charge up to 20 % restocking fees as needed.

 

Courier Charges:  Any courier charges for returns of both defective and unwanted products is the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective the cost of shipping with replacement unit, will be paid for by Communication Headsets for Business Inc. Once your defective unit is received, a replacement will be sent and new tracking information provided. 

 

Any Credits/Refunds owed to the customer will be applied to the same method the order was paid originally within 5 business days of processing the RMA.
