Offering connectivity to both desk phones and PC softphones, the VT9400 allows users to manage calls from multiple communication platforms while enjoying the freedom of DECT wireless technology. With a wireless range of up to 120 metres, users can move around the workplace while remaining connected to their calls.

The headset features a noise-cancelling microphone designed to reduce distracting background noise, along with DSP noise reduction, echo cancellation and wideband audio for clear, professional conversations.

The VT9400 connects to a PC through USB and supports popular business softphones. It is compatible with Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business, 3CX, Avaya Workplace, Cisco Jabber, CounterPath, Bria etc.

For desk-phone users, the VT9400 can also support compatible Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) cables or handset lifters, allowing remote answering and ending of calls from the headset.
